We drive innovation to improve people's lives! Work with us on the future of laboratory automation. As a Product Owner you will be responsible for the implementation of Epics, Features, Stories, by one or more remote team(s) in Timisoara, Romania.
You lead, from a software requirements perspective, one or more Scrum team(s) located in Timisoara.
Together with your Scrum team(s), you are responsible to break down the software requirements into Epics, Features and Stories and work together to define solutions that can be implemented within a sprint.
You work in an international environment (CH, RO, USA) with other Product Owners to deliver value in each sprint.
You are in direct contact with other departments, e.g. Product Management, Firmware or Technical Support to clarify open questions.
You support your scrum master(s) to ensure agile principles and practices are followed.

That’s what you bring along:
You have a Bachelor’s degree or above, in Computer Science or in a technical field.
You have several years of experience in agile software development and want to make a difference by taking responsibility for coordination and organization.
You have experience as a product owner or several years in requirements engineering in an agile environment.
You are a communicative and proactive person and use modern presentation, communication and facilitation techniques.
You are passionate about leading and enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams.
You have excellent communication and teamwork skills in an international and interdisciplinary environment in English and in German.
Readiness to regularly travel to Romania (20-40%)
