      Syntes AG (“Syntes”) is seeking to add to its team a: 

      Investment Administrator/Paralegal (100%)

      Your responsibilities: 

      • Processing investment recommendations and documenting the directors’ investment decisions, either by organizing, attending and taking minutes of board meetings or by preparing internal resolutions
      • Drafting and reviewing subscription documents and other fund documents with the support of colleagues and external advisors
      • Understanding the ownership structure of the investment entities and providing KYC information to funds and third parties
      • Supporting compliance processes, notably the tax compliance project in close liaison with tax advisors
      • Supporting internal projects
      • Filing and document management
      • Understanding and adhering to internal policies and procedures
      • Liaison and coordination with trustees, third-party investment advisors, brokers, legal consultants and funds
      • Discrete handling of confidential information

      Requirements: 

      • Professional fluency in English, including the ability to understand legal documents in English
      • University degree or equivalent and preferably 2+ years of experience working in corporate, fund or legal administration or as a paralegal
      • Excellent knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
      • Ability to work efficiently, diligently, and independently in an international environment
      • Ability to prioritise and multi-task
      • Organized, accurate and detail-oriented with sound judgement and integrity
      • Proactivity and strong problem-solving skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Accountability
      • A can-do positive mindset, resilient, flexible, and willing to support team objectives


      The ideal candidate will be able to commute to Syntes’ office in Vaduz every day of the week.
